I am former attorney, turned stay-at-home mom and now healthy eating and lifestyle enthusiast. As a mom, I know what it is like to feel stressed out, exhausted, out of shape and on a hormonal roller coaster.
When I started to feel this way after being home with my son for several years, I became determined to find the answer to regaining my health with dietary and lifestyle changes. I intrinsically knew that “food is medicine” and that if I wanted to feel better, it would have to start with discovering the best way to feed my body. As I slowly began to upgrade my food choices, get more exercise, learn how to balance my hormones and discover healthy outlets for my stress, I miraculously started to feel better. Now, at over 40, I feel great, am the healthiest I have ever been in my life and am able to do things I couldn’t do ten years ago.
Through my experience, I developed a passion for health and wellness. I was so inspired about what I learned that I enrolled in the internationally recognized training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to become a certified health and lifestyle coach. After graduating from IIN, I became a trained Hormone Cure Coach through personal training from Sara Gottfried, MD, in the Gottfried Protocol™ for Natural Hormone Balancing. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health counseling, natural hormone balancing and the importance of preventive care.
Now, I am so excited to share my knowledge and help other moms achieve their health goals. With my training, I will be able to work with you to create a personalized health plan that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals.
